According to the previously informed the relocation schedules of Nano fabrication clean room, on December 15, the grand opening of the new clean room will be planned.

However, UCRF would like to reannounce that the opening will be inevitably postponed due to a delay of the administrative procedure on use of specified high pressure gas.

Please check the changed schedule again.

기 공지된 나노소자공정실 이전 설치 계획 일정 관련 12월15일 신규 크린룸 Grand opening이 계획되어 있었으나, 특정고압가스 사용에 따른 사용 신고 행정 절차가(울주군청, 가스안전공사) 다소 지연 됨에 따라 불가피하게 일정을 연기하게 되었음을 알려드리오니 연구에 참조하시기 바랍니다.
