If it is necessary for a researcher without animal facility access authorization (including external visitors) to enter the animal facility, please follow the procedures below:

1)Submit the required application form(attached file) to iv-rc@unist.ac.kr at least two days before the intended date of entry.

2)Failure to submit the application in advance or failure to submit the required application will result in penalty points being assigned to both the accompanying authorized researcher and the Principal Investigator (PI).

 – Penalty Points

–  Unauthorized entry into the animal facility by a person without access authorization: 5 points

 – Failure to submit required application forms: 1 point

* *Only researchers who are listed on an existing approved IACUC protocol are eligible to register for on-site training.
