현재 Confocal Raman 장비 컨트롤러 PSU(power supply unit) 이상으로 장비 사용이 불가합니다.
부품 발주 후 교체까지 장시간이 소요될 것으로 예상되오니 긴급하게 분석이 필요하신 경우 AFM-Raman을 사용해주시기 바랍니다.
Confocal Raman 장비 교육도 수리 완료 후 다시 진행할 예정이오니 참고해주시기 바랍니다.

Confocal Raman is not normally working due to malfunctions of controller PSU (power supply unit).
It is expected that it will take a long time to order the parts and replace them, so if you need an urgent analysis, please use AFM-Raman.
Also please note that the Confocal Raman training will be conducted again after the repair is completed.
