SEM(주사전자현미경) 자율사용자 교육 변경 관련 사항을 아래와 같이 안내드립니다.

2025년 8월 4일 부터 다른 장비에 적용되고 있던 교육시간 비용 청구와 시험 비용을 적용하고 있지 않았으나 SEM 장비에도 책정 될 예정입니다. 교육의 품질을 올리기 위해 1:1 교육 진행이 되며 교육 신청 시 주의 사항을 꼼꼼히 확인하고 신청 해주십시요.

1. 교육 신청 시 주의사항

• 랩원에게 교육받은 경우: 메일로 권한 변경 요청 시 교육자(랩원)를 참조하여 보내주시기 바랍니다.
• 측정할 샘플 지참 필수: 교육 시 실제 측정할 샘플을 반드시 가져오시고, 측정 조건도 확인해 오셔야 합니다.
• 시편 준비: SEM 시편 홀더(Stub)에 측정용 시편을 부착해서 가져오십시오.
• 소모품 준비: 장갑 포함 모든 소모품은 각 실험실에서 준비해오셔야 합니다.
• 실험복 착용 필수

시편 준비 방법

• 입자 시편: 카본 테이프 위에 입자를 분산시켜 준비
• 판상 시편: SEM 시편 홀더보다 작게 자른 후, 카본 테이프에 부착하여 준비
  ※ 시편 미준비 시 교육 신청이 불가합니다.

We would like to inform you of the following changes regarding the SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) self-user training.

Starting from August 4, 2025, the SEM training will be subject to the same training time fees and test charges that have already been applied to other equipment.

To enhance the quality of training, it will now be conducted on a 1:1 basis.
Please make sure to carefully review the training application guidelines before submitting your request.

1. Important Notes for Training Registration

• If you have already been trained by a lab member, you may request access rights via email. Please make sure to CC the person who trained you in the email.
• Samples to be measured must be brought to the training session. Ensure that the measurement conditions are pre-checked.
• Samples must be mounted on an SEM sample holder (stub) in advance.
• All consumables, including gloves, must be prepared and brought from your own lab.
• Lab coat is mandatory during training.

Sample Preparation Guide

• For powder samples: Disperse particles on carbon tape before bringing them in.
• For flat/plate samples: Cut them smaller than the SEM stub and attach them to carbon tape.
  ※ Training cannot be scheduled if the sample is not properly prepared.
