5mm DB Auto-X probe(Variable nuclei detection) is not working.

There is a problem with 5mm DB auto-X probe curcit.

Solution NMR(only 1H, 13C, 15N) and Solid-state NMR probe is working now.

After fix it, we will inform you again.
