  • Description

    - X 선 마이크로 CT 시스템(X-ray micro CT system)는 비파괴 내부결함 분석을 위한 장비로 300 kV 고출력 X-ray source를 이용하여 다양한 시제품의 비파괴 정밀 결함 분석이 가능함
    - X-ray로 촬영한 소재의 2차원 단면사진과 3차원 이미지로 내부구조를 비파괴방법으로 분석 가능한 장비
    - 수 마이크로미터의 기공, 결함, 불순물 등 내부결함 분석
    - 소재 내부 구조분석을 통한 입자 형상, 크기, 분포, 배향성 등 3차원 분석

    1) X-ray Source: Microfocus X-ray tube
    - Tube Type : Directional Open tube (DOTD)
    - High voltage range : more than 300 kV
    - Tube power : more than 500 W
    - Minimum Focus spot size : ≤ 6 µm

    2) X-Ray Image Detector
    - Real-time Flat Panel Detector
