  • Description

The Xevo™ G3 QTof integrates StepWave™ XS ion optics, an XS Collision Cell, and QuanTof™ technology to deliver exceptional robustness, sensitivity, and selectivity. It offers high dynamic range, excellent mass accuracy, and fast analysis speed, ensuring the highest quality in both qualitative and quantitative data. Engineered for molecular characterization, the StepWave™ XS ion optics enable efficient transmission of low m/z and labile species, expanding compound coverage and analytical fidelity, while still maintaining accurate analysis of high-mass biomolecules. As a high-performance benchtop mass spectrometer, the Xevo G3 QTof is designed for detailed characterization and precise quantification across a broad range of molecules. The system supports not only traditional MS and MS/MS acquisition modes, but also data-independent acquisition (DIA) modes such as MSE and SONAR™, delivering comprehensive precursor and fragment ion data in a single run. The instrument also includes FastDDA mode for rapid, automated MS/MS acquisition, and Tof-MRM with adaptive intensity control for enhanced targeted quantification. Furthermore, compatibility with a wide range of ion sources and inlets, under the control of MassLynx™ or waters_connect™ software, provides the flexibility to adapt to evolving analytical requirements.
