○ 샘플 준비
- 분말: 1g 이상(입자크기 < 40 micron, 밀가루 정도)
- 벌크: 1 cm x 1 cm
- 박막: 1.5 cm x 1.5 cm

○ Specimen Preparation
- Powder: 1g or more(Particle size < 40 micron)
- Bulk: 1cm x 1cm
- Thin film: 1.5cm x 1.5cm○ Application: Crystal structure analysis powder or thin film
○ Sample amount: Powder 0.5 mg or more, Bulk & ultra-thin film 1 um or less
○ Sample preparation
- Powder: Prepare as a press(5㎛ or 325 mesh or less)
- Plate: Prepare in a size of 1cm to 2cm in width and length(Dust free, metal need surface polishing) -
