Description
UV-Vis 분광현미경은 광학 현미경에 장착하여 현미경으로 관찰하는 Micron 혹은 Nano-Size 시료의 분광 스펙트럼을 측정하는 장치로 이 분광 스펙트럼을 이용하여 시료의 광학적 특성을 연구하고 분자의 구조적 성질을 이용하여 물질의 정성분석을 하는 기기이다.
UV-Vis microspectrometer measure the transmission and reflectance spectrum of sample areas smaller than a micron from UV, Vis regions. And while microspectrum is being acquired, the sample may be viewed with high-resolution digital image.
