– TEM Sampling : November 12(Tue) 09:30 – 11:30 (Theory&Training), 13:30 – 17:30 (Practice)

TEM 샘플링 강의는 TEM 샘플링 의뢰를 맡긴 경험이 있거나 TEM 유저가 있는 학생에 한하여 교육이 가능합니다.

Applicants are limited to experienced user of SEM.
TEM sampling class are conducted only for students who have experience in requesting TEM sampling or have TEM users.
