Dear Administrator,

1) Where can I check the expiration date of my access to the UCRF facility?
2) When I received, my self-user license for an equipment is getting expired I re-applied to it via the portal. But the system removed the equiopment from my licenses' list. How can I check this information? (That I re-applied for the license earlier)?
