1. 교육 신청 시 주의사항

– 랩원에게 교육 받은 경우 메일(교육자 참조)로 권한 변경 요청해 주시면 됩니다.
– 측정할 샘플을 반드시 가지고 오시기 바랍니다. 측정조건 확인해서 올 것!
– 교육 및 측정 후 분석료 청구됩니다.(No show도 분석료 청구)
– 실험복 착용

* 시편 준비 방법
– 분말: 압분체(50um 또는 325 mesh 이하)로 1g 이상
– 벌크&박막: 가로세로 2cm, 두께 10mm 이하(이물질 없는 상태, 금속시편은 표면 polishing)

2. XRD 장비 특징

– [MPXRD]: 5~120 degrees, 분말&벌크
– [NXRD]: 10~110 degrees, 분말&벌크
– [HRXRD 2]: GID, 5~120 degrees, 박막
– [HRXRD]: XRR, 5~120 degrees, 박막
– [HRPXRD]: 5~120 degrees, 분말

Hello, this is Gyeong-ae Lee from EAST. I will guide you through the XRD self user training.

1. Notes when applying for training

– If you have received training from a lab member, you can request a change in authority by sending an email.(reference to the trainer)
– Please bring the sample you want to measure. Check the measurement conditions before coming!
– Analysis fees will be charged after training and measurement.(No show also charges analysis fee)
– Wear a lab coat

* Sample prepartion
– Powder: 1g or more as a compact(5um or 325 mesh or less)
– bulk&thin film: 2cm in length and width, 10mm or less in thickness(Dust free, metal need surface polishing)

2. XRD equipment features
