3) Quanta FIB_TEM sampling: October 20(Mon) 10:00– 12:00(Practice)
October 21(Tue) 15:00-17:00(1:1 Practice)
4) Helios 5UX_TEM sampling: October 22(Wed) 14:00-17:00(1:1 Practice)
