*Only researchers who are listed on an existing approved IACUC protocol are eligible to register for on-site training.
(If a researcher who is not listed on an approved IACUC protocol registers for on-site training, the registration will be canceled.)

1) 동물실 신규 이용 연구자는 현장교육을 원하는 날짜와 구역을 선택하여 신청합니다. 현장교육을 신청하면 온라인 교육이 자동 신청 됩니다.

(기존 동물실 이용 연구자가 다른 구역을 출입하기 위해서 신청하는 현장교육은 온라인 교육을 하지 않습니다.)

 

*온라인 교육 10월 이수 일정 : 10월 2일 ~ 10월 9일

1) Researchers using the animal facility for the first time must apply by selecting their preferred date and zone for on-site training. Applying for on-site training automatically registers you for the online training as well.

(Existing users applying for on-site training to access a different zone are not required to take the online training.)

**Online Training Completion Schedule for October: October 2 – October 9

2) 온라인 교육은 Blackboard에서 진행됩니다. (Chrome 브라우저 사용)

2) Online training is conducted via Blackboard. (Please use the Chrome browser.)

3) 현장 교육은 하루에 여러 구역을 선택할 수 있습니다만, 여러 날 신청해야 한다면 다음의 순서를 지켜주세요.

– 소동물 ->재반입,MP ->격리 (역순 불가, 예를 들어 7/9 소동물 7/10 재반입은 가능하지만 7/10 소동물, 7/9 재반입 불가능)

 

3) You may select multiple zones for on-site training in a single day; however, if scheduling across multiple days, please adhere to the following sequence:

– Small Animal -> Return/MP -> Isolation (Reverse order is not permitted; e.g., Small Animal on July 9 followed by Return on July 10 is allowed, but Small Animal on July 10 followed by Return on July 9 is not.)

4) 동물 구역이 포함된 105동의 출입 관리는 IVRC에서 담당하지 않습니다. 105동 출입 관련 문의 : 내선 1535

 

4) IVRC does not manage access control for Building 105 (which includes animal zones). For inquiries regarding access to Building 105, please call extension 1535.

 

5)온라인 교육은 스케줄대로 실시되지만 현장교육은 상황에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다.

 

5) Online training follows a set schedule, whereas on-site training is subject to change depending on circumstances.

 

6) 온라인 교육 합격 기준 : 총 180점 이상(동영상 시청 100점+퀴즈 80점 이상)

 

6) Online training passing criteria: A total score of 180 points or higher (100 points for video viewing + 80 points or higher on the quiz).

7) 모든 현장 교육이 종료된 후 출입 권한이 부여됩니다.
