-Small/Return animal zone : May 23rd 10:00 a.m. / May 24th 10:00 a.m.
-Only Return animal zone : May 25th 10:00 a.m.

5. Note
1) Only those who have completed IVRC User Training course and IACUC education can apply.
2) Please bring your ID card.
3) UNIST Serveone Security controls access to the ground floor and basement floor entrance of this building. Please contact undergraduate administration office to get access right before on-site training.
4) Please come #109 office of Stem Cell Research Building (105) on training day.
5) On-site training of isolation zone is an individual lessen. Please contact the manager of isolation zone to make an appointment.

신청 기간 내에 접수 후, 신청한 날짜에 참석 바랍니다(개별 접수&기한 연장 X).

1. 교육신청 접수기간 : 5월 15~21일 오후 6시까지
2. 신청방법 : 현재 글에서 교육일 선택 신청 후 출입권한신청서 제출(UCRF homepage)
3. 교육일 확인
-소동물구역, 재반입구역 신청 : 5월 23일 오전 10시 / 5월 24일 오전 10시
-추가 재반입구역 신청 가능일 : 5월 25일, 오전 10시
4. 출입권한신청서 작성방법 : 첨부파일 ‘출입권한신청+윤리교육’ 참고
5. 유의사항
1) IVRC 이용자교육과 동물실험 윤리교육(CITI program)을 이수번호 확인 후 출입권한 신청서 제출 바랍니다.
2) 현장교육 시 학교 ID 카드를 지참하세요.
3) 줄기세포연구관의 1층 출입구, 지하1층 출입구는 소속 학부 행정실에 문의하세요.(IVRC에서 진행 X)
4) 현장교육 당일 줄기세포연구관(105동) 109호 사무실에서 해당 구역 담당자의 안내를 받으세요.
5) 격리구역은 신청 후, 해당구역 담당자와 일정을 개별 조율 하세요.
