1) Subject
– On-site training & Access Permissions Application : New researchers
– Access Permissions Application only: those who have the expired term(within two years from the last completion), change access zone(existing research)
2) Only those who have completed IVRC User Training course and IACUC education can apply.
3) Please bring your ID card.
4) UNIST Serveone Security controls access to the ground floor and basement floor entrance of this building. Please contact undergraduate administration office to get access right before on-site training.
5) Please come #109 office of Stem Cell Research Building(105) on your training day.
6) On-site training of isolation zone is an individual lessen. Please contact the manager of isolation zone to make an appointment.

생체효능검증실 현장 교육을 실시합니다.
신청 기간 내에 접수 후, 신청한 날짜에 참석 바랍니다(개별 접수&기한 연장 X).

1. 교육신청 접수기간 : 6월 12~18일까지
2. 신청방법 : 현재 글에서 교육일 선택 신청 후 출입권한신청서 제출
3. 출입권한신청서 작성방법 : 첨부파일 ‘출입권한신청+윤리교육’ 참고
4. 유의사항
1) 기존 출입자라도 출입권한신청 없이 자동으로 갱신하지 않습니다.
– 출입구역 변경 없는 기존 출입자 : 출입권한만 신청
– 출입구역 추가/변경하는 기존 출입자, 신규 출입자 : 현장교육 신청, 출입권한 신청
2) IVRC 이용자교육과 동물실험 윤리교육(CITI program)을 이수번호 확인 후 출입권한 신청서 제출 바랍니다.
3) 현장교육 시 학교 ID 카드를 지참하세요.
4) 줄기세포연구관의 1층 출입구, 지하1층 출입구는 소속 학부 행정실에 문의하세요.(IVRC에서 진행 X)
5) 신청한 날짜와 시간에 맞춰 줄기세포연구관(105동) 109호 사무실에서 해당 구역 담당자의 안내를 받으세요.
6) 격리구역은 신청 후, 해당구역 담당자와 일정을 개별 조율 하세요.
