1. 교육 신청 시 주의사항

• 랩원에게 교육받은 경우: 메일로 권한 변경 요청 시 교육자(랩원)를 참조하여 보내주시기 바랍니다.
• 측정할 샘플 지참 필수: 교육 시 실제 측정할 샘플을 반드시 가져오시고, 측정 조건도 확인해 오셔야 합니다.
• S-4800 Cold FE-SEM, SU7000 FE-SEM, SU8220 Cold FE-SEM 교육 신청하시는 분은 랩실이 해당장비를 이용하는 경우 측정프로그램 ID/Password 확인해서 오시길 바랍니다.
• 시편 준비: SEM 시편 홀더(Stub)에 측정용 시편을 부착해서 가져오십시오.
• 소모품 준비: 장갑 포함 모든 소모품은 각 실험실에서 준비해오셔야 합니다.
• 실험복 착용 필수
• 교육시간 비용 청구와 시험 비용 청구 (지원 후 안 오셔도 분석료 청구 됩니다. No-show 청구됨)

시편 준비 방법

• 입자 시편: SEM 시편 홀더에 카본 테이프 부착 후 입자를 분산시켜 준비
• SEM stub (holder) 종류:
  • Quanta 200 FE-SEM & Verios FE-SEM → FEI SEM Pin Stub Mount (≤25mm)
  • S-4800 Cold FE-SEM, SU7000 FE-SEM, SU8220 Cold FE-SEM → Hitachi M4 SEM Sample Stub
• 판상 시편: SEM 시편 홀더보다 작게 자른 후, 카본 테이프에 부착하여 준비
  ※ 시편 미준비 시 교육 신청이 불가합니다.

3. 교육 일정 및 구성

• 오후 (13:30 ~ 15:30 또는 16:00 ~ 18:00)
  ※ 중복 선택은 불가합니다.
• 교육 후 시험

• 102동 B102호, B109호, B110호

4. 기타 안내

• 교육 참석 전 반드시 SEM 장비 매뉴얼을 다운로드 및 숙독하고 지참 바랍니다.
• 분석 의뢰 및 교육 일정에 따라 상시 교육 요청은 불가하오니, 이점 양해 부탁드립니다.
• 교육일정은 교육진행자의 일정으로 변경 또는 취소가 될수가 있습니다.

SEM Self-User Training Notice

 

1. Important Notes for Training Registration

• If you have already been trained by a lab member, you may request access rights via email. Please make sure to CC the person who trained you in the email.
• Samples to be measured must be brought to the training session. Ensure that the measurement conditions are pre-checked.
• Samples must be mounted on an SEM sample holder (stub) in advance.
• All consumables, including gloves, must be prepared and brought from your own lab.
• Lab coat is mandatory during training.
• Training and test fees will be charged:
  Please note that once you apply, you will be charged for the training and test, even if you do not attend (No-show fees will apply).

Sample Preparation Guide

• Powder/particle samples: Attach carbon tape to the SEM stub and disperse the particles on it.
• SEM stub (holder) types:
  • Quanta 200 FE-SEM & Verios FE-SEM → FEI SEM Pin Stub Mount (≤25mm)
  • S-4800 Cold FE-SEM, SU7000 FE-SEM, SU8220 Cold FE-SEM → Hitachi M4 SEM Sample Stub
• Flat/plate samples: Cut them smaller than the SEM stub and attach them to carbon tape.
  ※ Training cannot be scheduled if the sample is not properly prepared.

4. Additional Notes

• Please download, read, and bring the SEM user manual before attending.
• Recording or filming is strictly prohibited during the training.
• Due to ongoing analysis requests and scheduled training sessions, on-demand training cannot be accommodated. Your understanding is appreciated.
