1) Cross section: June 22(MON) 10:00 – 12:00 (Practice)
2) 1:1 Practice: June 22(MON) 13:30 – 15:00 (Practice)

3) TEM sampling: June 22(MON) 15:00 – 17:00 (Practice)
4) 1:1 Practice: June 23(TUE) 13:30 – 17:30 (Practice)

3. 교육장소 (Location) : 102동 B108호 (Room B108, Bldg. 102)

교육 참석자는 Quanta 3D FIB 6개월 이상 사용 및 유경험자로 제한합니다.

Applicants are limited to experienced user of Quanta 3D FIB for more than 6 months.
