FIB Self-user Training
1. 교육내용 (Contents) : FIB 이론 및 실습 (Introduction and training of Quanta 3D FIB)

1) Cross section : Feb 15 (Tue) 10:00 – 12:00 (Korean)
2) Cross section : Feb 15 (Tue) 14:00 – 15:30 (foreigner)
3) TEM Sampling : November 10 (Tue) 15:30 – 17:30
3. 교육장소 (Location) : 102동 B108호 (Room B108, Bldg. 102)

교육 참석자는 SEM 유경험자로 제한합니다.
