New users who have completed the on-site training at IVRC will be informed about the documents required for entering the animal laboratory outside of regular working hours and the hydrogen peroxide sterilization request schedule.

Firstly, all hours and holidays, except for weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, are considered outside of regular working hours. When accessing the laboratory during these times, you must submit an overtime application. Additionally, when entering on a holiday, you should also submit a laboratory safety checklist for holidays, which includes an overtime application.

• – Overtime Application

Should be submitted by 9:00 AM on weekdays and after 6:00 PM on weekends and holidays.

The application must be submitted one day in advance to avoid penalties for non-submission.

For user safety, please ensure a minimum of 2 people enter the laboratory outside of regular working hours.

• – Holiday Laboratory Safety Checklist

Submit when visiting on weekends and holidays.

Record entry and exit times during holidays and complete all checklist items.

Submit the checklist to the red mailbox next to Building 105, Room 101, along with the research director’s signature.

 

Next, here is the information regarding the hydrogen peroxide sterilization request schedule.

Sterilization will be conducted according to the schedule for each designated area.

Unauthorized introduction of non-sterilized items is considered a ‘serious violation that may lead to contamination incidents,’ resulting in a penalty of 10 points.
