We ask you for your understanding owing to restriction of using clean room as below.
This inevitable restriction is due to 1st and 2nd BTL campus power outage and maintenance work of air conditioner in the clean room.

1. Date and time :  July 8 (Fri) 16:00 ~ July 11 (Mon) 10:00
2. Location: Clean room (NSB B101)
3. Detail contents
– Pumping of special gases and shut down of gas cabinets after purging.
– Leak test in air conditioner.

클린룸 공조기의 유지보수 작업이 진행됨으로 인해
아래 기간동안 불가피하게 클린룸 사용을 제한하고자하오니 협조부탁드립니다.

1. 해당 일시: 7월 8일(금) 16:00 ~ 7월 11일(월) 10:00
2. 해당 장소: 클린룸 (자연과학관 B101호)
3. 작업 내용
– 특수가스 배관 pumping 및 purge후 가스캐비넷 Shut down
– 클린룸 공조기내 증발기 LEAK 점검
