현재 JEM-2100F (HR-TEM) 및 JEM-ARM300F (CS-STEM) 장비의 이상으로 인해, 해당 장비를 활용한 분석 의뢰가 당분간 불가능합니다.
점검 결과, 수리에 장시간이 소요될 것으로 예상되오니, 긴급 분석이 필요하신 경우 다른 신규 TEM 장비로 의뢰해 주시기 바랍니다.
장비 수리가 완료되는 대로 다시 공지드릴 예정입니다.

Due to malfunctions in the JEM-2100F (HR-TEM) and JEM-ARM300F (Cs-STEM) instruments, analysis requests using these TEMs are currently suspended.
Repair is expected to take a considerable amount of time. If urgent analysis is required, please submit your request using alternative New-TEM instruments.
