Currently, the SEM specimen preparation table and floor are very dirty every day.

Because SEM has so many users, it is difficult to impose penalty points in reality.

From June 15th, you can prepare specimens in the individual lab and bring along SEM stub carriers, vacuum packaging, etc. according to the specimens.

(Sample fixation uses conductive carbon double-sided tape for SEM)

Pt coating and holder assembly can be done in the UCRF SEM room.
