Access Permissions Application only: those who have the expired term(within two years from the last completion), change access zone(existing research)

5. Note
1) IVRC user training completion number is given to user training completion researcher(Individually contact).
2) IVRC staffs will send you all of notices to your UNIST e-mail account(If you don’t use UNIST account, please send the admin to your e-mail address).
3) Only applications who applied in this page can take User training in Blackboard. Admin will enroll applications to blackboard on May 4th.
4) How to enter blackboard : Please check the attached file in this page.
5) Standard of completion: Taking time score 100 point (80% of total time) +Quiz score 80 points(20 tests, with 3 times occation)
6) Because of system problem, IBS reseacher can be enrolled late.

이 교육은 신규연구자와 기한이 만료될 연구자(본인의 교육일로부터 2년) 모두 해당됩니다.

4.이용자교육 후, 현장교육 & 출입권한 신청 안내
– 출입구역 변경 없는 기존 출입자 : 출입권한만 신청
– 출입구역 추가/변경하는 기존 출입자, 신규 출입자 : 현장교육 신청, 출입권한 신청
기존 출입자라도 출입권한신청 없이 자동으로 갱신하지 않습니다.

5. 유의사항
1) 이용자교육 이수번호는 교육기간이 끝난 후 개별 안내 합니다.
2) 모든 IVRC 안내는 UNIST 포털 이메일로 전송됩니다. (UNIST 메일을 사용하지 않는 경우, 담당자에게 사용하는 이메일을 알려주세요.)
3) 신청자에 한해 Blackboard 수강권한 부여하며, 그 후에 이용자교육을 들을 수 있습니다.(권한 부여 작업일자 : 5월 4일)
4) Blackboard 접속 방법 : 이 글의 첨부 파일 확인바랍니다(2번).
5) 이수번호 발급 기준 : 동영상 강의 청취 100점(80%이상 수강) + 시험 80점 이상(20문항, 3회 응시 가능)
6) IBS 소속 연구원은 시스템 문제로 권한부여시간이 늦어질 수 있습니다.
