Description
상온에서 800°C 영역에서의 전기비저항, 전기전도도, 제벡계수를 측정하기 위해서 사용하는 센서는 thermocouple, current 측정센서 및 세라믹 홀더, 각종 전기신호 연결 장치 등이 조합된 복잡한 시스템입니다. 본 센서로 시료의 온도 및 열, 전기 신호를 측정하여 열전 소재의 전기전도도 및 Seebeck 계수를 계산하게 됩니다.
