This is a practical course covering everything from capturing crisp bright-field (BF), phase-contrast, DIC, and fluorescence images using a motorized microscope to automating the imaging of large sample sets, such as multi-well plates. It also introduces THUNDER—a computational imaging system that utilizes deconvolution technology to produce cleaner, sharper fluorescence images.
