This practical course covers a wide range of imaging techniques, from acquiring high-quality bright-field (BF), phase-contrast, DIC, and fluorescence images using a motorized microscope to automating the imaging of large sample sets, such as multi-well plates. The course also introduces THUNDER, a computational imaging system that uses deconvolution technology to produce cleaner, sharper fluorescence images.
