SU8220 Cold FE-SEM, SU7000 FE-SEM, Ion milling system, Hitachi sputter 장비를 이전합니다.

일시: 9월 18일~9월 24일
장소: B115호 -> B109호

해당 기간 동안 장비 사용이 불가하오니 업무에 참고 바랍니다.

SEM-EDS 설치 현황
– SU8220 Cold FE-SEM은 beam current가 낮음(X-ray 작게 발생) – EDS window size 작음(X-ray 적게 검출)
– SU7000 FE-SEM은 beam current 높음(X-ray 많이 발생) – EDS window size 큼(X-ray 많이 검출)

Beam current가 작은 SU8220 Cold FE-SEM에 window size가 큰 EDS가 더 적합하다고 판단되어 교차 설치할 예정입니다.

Please note that equipment will not be available during this period.

SEM-EDS Status
– SU8220 Cold FE-SEM has low beam current(small X-ray generated) – Small EDS window size (fewer X-rays detected)
– SU7000 FE-SEM has high beam current(many X-rays generated) – Large EDS window size (many X-rays detected)

Since we judged that a large EDS window size is more suitable for the SU8220 Cold FE-SEM with small beam current, we plan to install them cross-wise.
